When you first access the Material Source Setting, you'll notice that materials are represented by numbers.
This is because GeoSign utilizes geometry nodes, making it impossible to set up materials in the usual way before applying them as meshes.
However, to allow users to adjust material settings before application as meshes, I've adopted a method using the material slot index to select the desired material. The numbers shown here correspond to the material slot indices. By setting the number to the slot index of the material you want to use, you'll assign the specified material.
So, how can you find out the slot index? Just head over to the Material Control interface, and you'll see the respective indices on the left side of each material.
I've also captured a video demonstrating the actual usage, which I'll show you.
This video demonstrates the fundamental methods and procedures for using and configuring materials.
